The Work Highcross Partnership has been awarded the Regional Jobcentre Plus Local Employment Partnership (LEP) Award for 'Partnership Works'. LEP's are a deal between Government and businesses to tackle the increasing recruitment and skills challenges of our labour market and economy. Working together has built stronger communities, better businesses and realised the untapped potential of those whose ability and talent has too often been overlooked in the past.
