The Customer Information Desk is located on the Upper Mall near Beaverbrooks.
Our friendly Customer Information Team are on hand to help. Whether its information regarding our great line-up of stores, child safe friendly shopping, disabled facilities or help booking a taxi, the team are available from 8.30am until 8.30pm weekdays, until 7.30pm on Saturdays and from 10.30am until 5.30pm on Sundays.
Highcross offers a lost property service at the information desk. All lost property that is handed in or found is held for one month.
